I am feeling better today. I had a headache all day yesterday and its a bit better today. I had some mushrooms with my lunch and I'm worried that was too many carbs(about a 1/4 cup). It's on the approved list for induction so it should be ok. I guess I am just a bit paranoid.

You should be fine with the mushrooms. But remember, there are gonna be those days that we eat something we shouldn't have, that's normal and it happens even when we aren't trying to lose. When it does happen, just pick back up the next day. After all, if we think we're NEVER gonna be able to have certain foods we like, trying to change our eating habits will never work :) Also, don't forget to subtract the fiber count in foods from the carb count!
