While I strayed off of Medifast a little bit I still stayed way under my calories and I did some form of exercise every day and still gained 1lb. The weight is not coming off as easy as it did in the first 3 months, but then again I am not being as strict as I was in the first 3 months either. A little bit frustrating, but I guess we all have those up and down weeks.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 August 2012:

Hang in there! I have 60 pounds to shed and I am going to look at 10 pounds at a time. It is more realistic than looking at the BIG picture down the road. It took years to put this weight on and we need to work at getting it off! I want instant gratification when it comes to losing the weight but I will take what I can get! My challenge will be this weekend with a getaway with the hubby! Our habit of going out for every meal will have to be curtailed to his getting food to go so I can stay on track! That is the plan :)
