a little tired today. Added half a banana today cause it helps my system and it helps get my carbs up a little. I think I'm tired cause I didn't sleep well. Had some trouble with my CPAP and very dry mouth all night. Been busy at work and able to concentrate on everything so that is good. Couldn't believe it when I got on the scale and it said 199! It was wrong, must have had one leg on something cause I tried it again and it went bacl up. Would have been a nice surprise, but that would have been in two days, don't think I'd lost 10 pounds in two days. I love that I'm getting plenty to eat. Sometimes I even have to force myself to eat more. Church tonight so not sure when I'll get to eat. We used to stop by Whataburger on our way home but won't be able to now! Maybe a salad with deli meat on it will be plenty.
