Happy Wednesday!

I have been to my first climbing class yesterday evening!
It has been great! :)

The very first time I have been afraid of height, then just forgot about it and went on! :)

The picture refers to the most simple path we've done, it's for kids, and I am proud I made it to climb till 15m!! (It's a 5 floors building height!)

Good thing is, I feel I am back to life. I can also tell from my "social" behavior. When I am with other people I am really there with my mind, I interact and it's awesome! In the past year and a half I tried to avoid seeing people and when I did, my mind was wondering somewhere else, I was kind of "disconnected" from the experiences I was living.

Anyways, today sky is grey, I am going to my work place to understand something about my work projects (my previous ones seem to have been assigned to somebody else). So, I will find out whether my job is still there or if I have to look for a new one... I was super scared about this, but, what can I do?? Sh*t happens and if my dream job is not there anymore, I will look for something else. I can get satisfaction from a number of things, work is just one of them and it's not the only one, as it used to be in the past.

Things I am thankful for:
-Taking life as it comes
-Yesterday's climbing class
-morning coffee
-my aching muscles :)

WOW - You go girl!!! I don't know if I would be brave enough to do that or even physically strong enough to lift my body upwards. I am impressed. Go Go Go

Thanks Sam! :) there is always a person giving tension to the rope used to climb, so it kinda help to lift your weight up. Actually, as we entered the building I was so scared, the I have seen one of my friends doing it before me and somehow I was not freightened anymore. I went climbing with some friends, I would never have made it all by myself!!
