Unbelievable what too many work hours, stress and lack of sleep lead to!! A 10 pound weight gain--GROSS! Now I'm back to square one and 25 disgusting extra pounds on my fat body. Goal: lose it in 12 wks. Means Nov 27.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
