I increase my caloric intake on the week of August 27, n until now my weight stabilized back to under 120 lbs 😏🙌🏼
So that means I patiently waited for 4 WEEKS 😮 #fourweeks
118.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 September 2018:
1604 kcal Fat: 57.47g | Prot: 98.10g | Carb: 181.09g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Cupcake with Icing or Filling, Egg. Lunch: Mozzarella Cheese, Wal-Mart Tilapia Fillets, Pears . Dinner: Ketchup , Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Sara Lee Soft & Smooth 100% Whole Wheat Hot Dog Buns, Shrimp, Joseph Farms Monterey Jack Cheese. more...

Chris... I have a $20 in Monopoly money I’ll shove through my screen to you if you can tell me why I dropped last night/this morning rather than my normal gain. (Not as hard of a workout as usual, drank more, sweat more- no fan near my bike, no changes in bathroom habits) I’m stumped lol.

Can you tell me how many calories you started off with and what your doing now. I am doing 1200 right now and my problem is when I get where I want to be I don’t know how much to add to either maintain or lose slower.
