1 lg strawberry
4 brazil nuts
8 oz rice milk

233.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it won't let me put in my past progress as was dieting since 1st of the month and only signed on Saturday....would be encouraging to see the 15# I already lost
