Fasting a.m. BS 105; weight 173 Slept better last night: ate a cream cheese chocolate fat bomb before I went to bed. Will try a repeat of yesterday, but add in a walk. Work at library 4 hours today, and then a couple of meetings. Will take a legal snack so I don't eat the pizza at the meeting.Update: Didn't get my walk, but I was on my feet for an hour teaching kids how to make a balloon propelled car out of medicine bottle lids, straws, and sticky tape for the STEM project today. These kids are fairly young so they need lots of help. I like doing this kind of thing. Busy day! Came home about 9 pm and was glad to see my BS was 108. Enjoyed a cream cheese fat bomb as a reward!
