First day of the Fast Track. Yay! I've done really well, especially since last week was 'practice' This week I'm trying to stick to UNDER 400 calories per meal, & NO processed carbs-other carbs are great!
Dinner tonight at the neighbors may be complicated, but luckily it's only the first day, so my body is only starting the liver detox. I've probably already had too much caffeine today (1 cup coffee, 1 c green tea).
I've also taken my supplements (Omega-3, Green Tea, and Vitamin B).
My mind is playing tricks. I know I'm not hungry, but since I'm 'restricting' the breads, and sweets- I WANT it. Grrr. I did NOT feel this way yesterday. It's totally a mind thing.-Any good tips anyone?
