I've been excercising religiously 3 to 4 times per week and following a high protein, low carb (not no carb) diet, which is basically phase 2/3. Although I've only lost about 10 lbs. overall, my body fat level has gone from nearly 30% to 19.5%. According to my trainer, I've lost @ 26 lbs. of fat and gained 16 lbs. of muscle. I'm fine with that.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You absolutely should be more than FINE with that! Sometimes we look at the weight & don't pay attention to what our body is doing. Glad to see you are back here to focus & enjoy the support we can find here! KUDO'S!

wow, that just shows what exercise and eating right can do. It's not about the number on the scale. Great job!!!
