Breakfast, 6 am: beef burger, spinachs, some nuts (walnut, almond, hazelnut, macadamia nut, Brazilian nut) and seeds (sunflower, pumpkin), 5 cookies (multiple whole grains), 1 Zero Coke
Snack, 9 am, after 1,5 hours of mountain bike: a shake of a protein supplement (25 g of protein, 5 g of carbs, 6 g of BCAA) with milk.
Lunch, 14 pm: a big salad with spinachs, red and yellow peppers, tuna with olive oil, green peas, soya, celery, surimi, purple cabbage, some nuts and seeds; 1 Zero Coke
Snack, 18 pm: a cup of 'gazpacho' (Spanish cold soup made mainly of tomato plus a bit of olive oil, onion, pepper and cucumber)
Dinner, 21:30 pm: grilled salmon, grilled octopus with potatoes
