FBS..85. Was stalled due to constipation that resolved over the weekend so I weighed 2 pounds less this morning. I expect that will go back up. Someone gave us homegrown watermelon and black eyed peas. I'm going to eat as much of that as I want and see how that goes. Discovered that sauerkraut is net carb neutral. I love sauerkraut and hotdogs. My blood sugars have been in normal limits for a while now and I don't have the ups and downs during the day that I used to have. I need to drink water. I don't get thirsty. I drink lots of coffee.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That was a nice drop. Haven't checked your online food diary but something broke your stall. Mine too. Lost a pound last week. Nothing different except more water most days. Maybe it'll be 1 lb a month now. I don't really care. I'm happy with WOE for now and I'm interested in where it will take me, long term. We'll hang in there together. 👍💕

Nice drop for you too. I need to drink water. I'm going to get some soda water now. Yesterday I went to local clothing surplus store bargain hunting and got so caught up in it that I didn't eat or drink anything except coffee for breakfast. I got home after 7 PM and scrambled eggs with cheese so I would have something on my stomach. My goal is to not eat after 7. Will be eating black eyed peas, okra, and watermelon for a while now, unless it has a bad effect on my weight and blood sugar. Bought a ham today for my mom to bake. Definitely you and I are hanging in there together. No quitters here. Slow and easy leads to lifetime changes.
