All I gotta say is that this better be bulk hiding in my guts. Worked my a$$ off yesterday, ate clean except Friday night, and that wasn’t even that bad. This morning, I am up to 156, which I am not logging because it’s pissing me off. Then again, maybe I should. I didn’t even sit down until 10:45 last night.

Deep breaths. Okay, three steps back. It could definitely be water retention from Friday night. Restaurants have so much salt-vegan or not and I generally don’t eat a lot of salt. It could be muscle gain. I’m back to moving stuff around, and yesterday included some hard sets even though my watch didn’t capture the splits correctly. And it could be plain old bulk. Had a Costco chicken salad at lunch, brought the croutons home for another day. Had another enormous salad at dinner. So, we just give it some time. I was wearing that tiny dress yesterday, so it’s gotta be something like that. In the meantime, lots of water, lots of work today. company coming on the 20th.
