I started hoop class through our recreation department for the fall season. It was so nice to be doing something different. It’s not even like exercising. My fit bit tracked it as swimming. I thought it would track it as aerobics. Hooping is such a fun exercise. If you’re looking for something different you should try it.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
