1200 Calories's Journal, 14 September 2018

Ok I have yet to add in exercise. I am standing all day, walking around while I’m teaching pretty much 9:30 to 4 so that’s better than sitting all day which I tend to do 1/2 the day for weekends. Unexpected day off today so going for a walk. Watching my calories, 1400 doesn’t cut it, has to be 1200 or less, less especially after days I go over 1400. Yo-yo ‘ed this week but ended up .4 down, hoping won’t go back up.
