Well, I gained a few pounds over the last week. Oh well, it will balance out. I didn't eat well on Wednesday, I didn't eat well yesterday, but it was fun. I got to hang out with my wife and do stuff with her which we haven't done in a while (including eating badly). But I would not have traded it for the world. I will get back on track next week. I have 2 Birthday parties to go to this weekend, probably won't eat well there either, but I will be OK. Next week I have a feeling will be a good one.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
