Decided to finish strong on the Eight Week Blood Sugar Diet I started on 7/21. I did the 800 low carb calories for 3.5 weeks, then bumped the calories up after that. There was a little regain but then I lost a couple more pounds at a very slow rate. I had a couple of over-the-top days with both calories and carbs in this time period. Monday was the start of last 5 days of this 8-Week period so I went back to 800 calories to wind it up and see if I can budge some more weight.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 September 2018:
832 kcal Fat: 62.83g | Prot: 47.24g | Carb: 18.62g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Trader Joe's Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: Cascadian Farm Cascadian Farm root vegetable hash browns, Trader Joe's Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, Kroger Eggs (Large). Dinner: Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream, Coffee, Red Leaf Lettuce, Olive Oil, Trader Joe's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Trader Joe's Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Roasted & Salted Peanuts (50% Less Salt). more...

Difficult task. These days I can't stay under 1500-1600. Good job!

Thank you mandykane. Two more days... I do IF, eat window is 10 am to no later than 6 pm. I'm not enduring hunger pains so I'm definitely in fat burning mode. I don't think I'd do this program again, though.
