Baby steps! I have done ok the last couple of days even though I went to PF Chang's for lunch yesterday. I just divided the lunch portion into two and drank lots of water to flush out all the salt that I consumed! I am determined to at least be down 15 lbs by the end of October when I celebrate my 39th birthday.
