Okay another diet failed... Atkins was not for me. I started my own 1000 calories a day, excercise (walking, jogging, swimming) 6 days a week for 45 minutes. Also sprinking Sensa on my food... I'll try anything! Also logging everything I eat and my excercise here on Fat Secret...
