After taking the last three months off from sensible eating, I have in effect gained a good eighteen pounds, proving to myself once and again that I have to follow a program to resfrain from weight gain. I have folloed Atkins as well as four other diets in the past with good results, but Atkins is my favorite, I know if I can get ast the first two weeks, I will feel happy and better under control.
