dinner at a local Italian restaurant last night. Steak special, came with mashed potatoes, but graciously subbed in mustard greens. absolutely fabulous

Collard greens are the best. I wouldn't eat them when I was a kid, but what I'd give for my mawmaws collard greens today. :(

I hadn't had them until recently....and now I am mad for them! These they did like a sautéed in garlic style, so almost tasted like spinach.

Sounds delish! I went to a thai place in nyc when visiting a friend. They had garlic sauteed greens. So delicious!

Also i tend to be anemic so i wonder if that's why i like them so much.

@JenGetFit, sounds like you are craving the iron. I get like that sometimes too, I just crave greens for days, for no reason!
