Run day.

my pledge to myself is to be positive all day, no negative thoughts, no cursing.

so far so good (I've been awake for 10 minutes)

142.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope your positive day is going well (goodness me, I don't even get out of bed before swearing a few times... either it's the dogs/cats being idiots, or something or another is hurting in the old bones)!
