To get out of these 240's forever, I'm going to get a little tougher with myself. No more Mr. Nice Guy! I had a Dr. Berg's Meal Replacement shake for lunch with a small amount of Gruyere and some Pecans. I think I've been a little too generous with myself in the Cheese Dept. Time to buckle down and slide into the 230's, never looking back.
Home in an hour (from work), to make a big salad, still needing the nutrition and Potassium provided by fresh greens. Protein will be Salmon. Cold, grey and windy today - Sneak Peek of Fall. I am ready for it, almost all of my long sleeve stuff was snug in March, with the 32 lb gone, I'm pumped to put on looser fitting tops. Bring it on!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
