Hate to even think about this I have got to re-vamp my menus again. I am so comfortable eating at 1,400 cals/day but need to be at 1,300 for weight loss. To make matters worse, I am eating too many carbs.
Now, this is not a difficult thing - I just have to sit down and plan and then STICK TO IT!
Other than this, I am having a great day. So many positive things going on.
So today I am thankful for feeling good!

You at least plan your meals out, I don't. I go from day to day and what sounds good at the time trying to stick to my formula. Maybe found that 80-90g fat, 50-60g protein, and 40-45g carb sorta works well.
