I was so surprised today I went to weigh and recorded 191.4 after just yesterday weighing 224.4 while last week but one I had weighed 193.4. I think yesterday, there was a problem of the weighing scale. My true weight is now 191.4 which means I have lost 2.0 pounds in a two weeks time. I feel encouraged now. What I am learning through this is that sometimes the weighing scales can cheat us by telling us we have gained or lost when it may not be correct. It means we need to do it more than once on a reliable machine
