Interesting!! I went to the naturopath the other day and got another b shot... very nice for energy, too! It's b12, similar to sublingual b that you place under your tongue to absorb. I wonder if you are taking a high enough dose of them... I would ask your doc about how much they want you to take. They upped many of my supplements to twice a day! Good for you, for finding out about the B vitamins and taking it for your health!! You're chart is AWESOME!! Hope your mouth is feeling better!

When my daughter started college, she began losing her hair due to stress. Our doctor told her to start taking a B complex vitamin and to get them at a regular vitamin store like GNC. She did that and it helped tremendously! So B complex definitely helps, but you should check with your doctor to see how much you should take.

So happy to hear your mouth is better. Isn't it amazing how our bodies manifest deficiencies? I wouldn't have associated hair health with B vitamins. Who knew? But I have been taking an extra B supplement for years now because I know it is also a huge factor in brain function and mood. So I would say they are pretty powerful in the vitamin line up. Can't wait for the race results! I'm so excited to see the final tally. Thanks again for all your hard work. This challenge helped me tremendously!

What's this...........a new low on your chart??? Congrats my friend!!! Glad to hear you have solved the mouth sores issue. I love to read your posts - you are such a wealth of information - I learn something new everyday. Now I will go off and do some research on vitamin B complex. Since I started on SB I have taken one VIACTIV Multi-vitamin every day - I figured it can't hurt and the chocolate cherry flavor tastes delicious!......they had me at chocolate........

First, the picture! Beautiful!!!!!! Then of course your personality! It shines, honey!! You are a special flower in this garden of wonderful people here at FS.
I also have lost hair the one other time in my life I lost weight- (couldn't eat it was NOT by choice). I lost ALOT of hair & my doctor had me on many different vitamins - you would have thought I was PG---LOL!
When I started this life change I started a multi-vitamin with stronger portions than many, a calcium (I don't care for dairy-except cheese), a strong B complex with alot of B-12 & a low-grade aspirin for preventative heart. I have been blessed with no major health issues at this point. But I don't want to go bald either!
A drink I have bought in the past is XS it is an energy drink & the B-12 in it is 4900% of the daily required-WOW!!! It is also 0 carbs, 0 sugar, NO caffeine & calories range from 0 to 8 depending on the flavor. I love it! Until last week I only found it online but I was at a deli last week (eating a salad like a good-girl) and I saw this drink I was so excited! I stopped today & bought 2 & drank them both! I was the energized BUNNY today! Even went to the gym!
You look absolutely wonderful & I hope that life is good for you & your family! Thank you for all you do for us here @ FS. Hugs to you!

Hi, I'm new to this sight and am enjoying reading comments and how helpful it is. I have mouth sores, but my are external and are at the corners of my mouth. Constantly cracking. I am now going to talk to my doctor about the Vitamin B. Here I thought the hair loss was part of Menopause but I'll also inquire about this too. Thank you your comments have been a big help. Great job on the weight loss!
