Ms Elizabeth's Journal, 06 September 2018

I've got nothing but I figured I should check in. I have the plague. I'm not sure if it started as allergies or what but I have a chest cold now. Good news is.. I'm not all that hungry. Bad news is.. the only food that sound good are horrible for me. Bad news is I can't workout without feeling like I'm about to lose a lung. Good news is I can't workout so my feet are getting a chance to heal. I woke up yesterday morning for the first time with almost no heel pain. Soooo.. I guess when I can finally breath I will be able to try and work towards a 5K again.

I'm going to pass out at my desk now.

Ooo, sorry to hear - 'bout the only POSITIVE that came outta my "walking pneumonia" a while back was increased abdominal strength... from all my coughing. Keep your chin up!

Sometimes it is easy to get mired down and sometimes it is easy to be super inspired. It comes in waves. We've all been there, and will be there....it's what you do the next day that counts.
