Don't forget to plan ahead!
Meeting a friend for lunch at Pizza Hut next week -- I've already got a plan in place - 4 traditional naked (or lemon pepper if they have them) wings and a side salad with vinegar or no dressing.

Sunday's are trickier as depending on who buys the lunch meal that day, depends what is available. Carbs are definitely present and it makes it really challenging on making decisions when cookies and ice cream are always on the menu for dessert.
