week6,day2-Plyometerics. I took a few days off. I am not making excuses for it. I should probably set myself back a week- but, I'm not going to. I'm doing 2 rounds of this thing called p90x- this weight will come off some how at some point. After a short break, I am pressing play again. Pity party is OVER!! Thank you to Everyone who offered support either written or who just read and felt like they had been there too, but- didn't know what to say. I have been in both places while sifting through all our journals. Like my Drill said when I broke my hand on a wall locker when I found out my X-husband was cheating on me with the local strippers, and wanted a divorce while I was in training 3 states away.."You gotta look out for #1"...and she was right- the only issue is that was 20 years ago. I've looked out for #1 for so long that there has never been room for someone else. There has been a drawer, but no actual room. It's been an adjustment for me to commit to this level, and it always seems like I have 1 foot out the door, looking for any excuse to drag the other one along. There is more that goes with the situation from my last post. If anyone is interested on getting the "skinny" on the situation--drop me a message....and yes--"I love Scotch. Scotch-y, Scotch Scotch.
