it's just bad now, and I haven't even done anything egregious. don't think I'm consuming too many calories nor eating horrificly. probably just a matter of not sticking hard enough to low carb. so getting too much carbs along with a lot of fat
195.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
