OK, so I've had not one single blood sugar over 100 today. In fact, some were in the low 60s, which is bad for me. I start getting the symptoms of hypoglycemia around 90. So, I'm reducing my evening lantus to 80 units. That's down from 90; previously down from 150.

I'm doing 50 units in the mornings. That's down from 100. I won't change my am dose yet, unless my blood sugar is way low in the morning.

I can't tell you how good it feels to reduce those dosages. I'm off the supplemental diuretic I was taking. The only one left is the one in my blood pressure medication, and I'm hoping to eventually get off of it.

This diet rocks!

That's awesome! This diet does work it makes me wanna go in and get my blood work redone to see what my cholesterol is doing! My blood pressure is way down though.
