the green beans looked so good next to the turkey... I diddnt have the dressing or the mashers or gravy or the sweet potatos... just the green beans almost 10 carbs!!!! holy cow.. they were good but expensive. half of my allowance... no ice coffee tonite... Pouts. but the breakfast blt salad with eggs is working out for me. about 5 grams of carb ... so I will have to keep that one. Thank God for Atkins... a fat girl did not have to give up pig!!!! That is a diet breaker for me. the saying of the day... Blessed are the flexible for they shall not get bent. Going to weigh in the morning. Crossing fingers that that lil foul up the other day is not still hurting. I need a boost. I ate the whole bag of pork rinds. I wanted chocolate it was a rotten day at work.. I personally crashed 3 computers. none of the ones in the patient rooms worked right for me either.. The nurse could scan stuff on her sign in .... but it would not work on mine. (same nurse tried) I dunno info systems tech says it is not me just having a bad pc-day. Hope they dont try to take it out of my lil check..lol
