so my weigh in was 147.2 17.2 more pounds to lose before I am at my goal weight. My Body fat is 28.3% UGH!!!! I am walking everyday twice a day i really need to get this body fat number down. would like to see it at like 20%. so 8.3% of body fat still needed to lose I believe it will once the weight goes down and the inches.

Losing weight just makes you a smaller version of what you are now. You lose water, fat and muscle. If you want to get lean, you need to eat to lose fat. Certain foods can help us reduce fat better than others. Make sure your getting plenty of lean protein, lean dairy (many studies show it helps reduce body fat but some studies disagree), fruits and veggies. Keep processed foods to a minimum. Interval training (sprints, stairs, short bursts on exercise machines) can also help reduce overall body fat. Good luck!
