Phew 😅....a least a little drop so a little nearer my new target but it still seems a loooooong way away 😃❤️x
174.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ah - but you know you got no need for the extra 10kg loss... don't care what your BMI says - you look great!

@Fio....Thank you....I feel great and 10kg is a lot and BMI is not a great measure...so I will keep it under review...I feel with FS friends like you and my other supporters I will be just fine....just hope my journey is helping others on achieving theirs❤️x
