I couldn’t eat after lunch. So kcals were way down. Today didn’t want pizza so I skipped dinner. Good thing I have some almonds for protein.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
