Day four of induction phase. So far so good. I have been staying on track. I am finishing up grad school this weekend, trying not to let the stress drive me to a hot caramel sundae with walnuts. I defeated my sweet tooth last night with an Atkins peanut butter cup. Hopefully I can do the same today.
