Needed a NSV since it’s been stalled. Did dumbbells last night for fun and I can still toss the 10 pounders around. Put on the goal jeans again this morning and they’re even less snug. So yeah, things are changing, just not the overall number on the scale. I can also hold my breath for a solid minute underwater again. Youth may never return in a literal sense, but I’m feeling good about life.
