Day Twenty-Three. Went to have Mexican last night, a weakness of mine, tried to really cut back on the chips and queso, think I did alright. Went to a football game last night, stayed away from the concession stand, but did split a snack bag of cookies with someone and those cookies took me over my rdi, which I have been consistently under lately. Not a terrible day by any means, I'm just going to have to continue practicing limiting myself. Woke up thd morning feeling pretty good, going to finish my protein shake and go for a run since the house is blissfully empty for a little while.
