After a lot of traveling this summer we are finally settling down and getting back on the "losing" path. I started this week at 196.8 so the 191 at this point is great for me to see again. I just need to keep with this and get down to another stopping point where I can rest for awhile. I'd like that to be around 179 since that was the lowest weight I got to in Philadelphia. That would be a total loss of 40 pounds at that point. Then I would need to lost another 20 to get to my goal.
