So, I just made healthy coleslaw. Not exactly like the store bought stuff but it's pretty tasty. I like my coleslaw chopped up really good so I buy the pre-shredded kind and then chop it up a little more. Then I took a larger can of chicken in water, drained it and mixed that into my coleslaw mix. I used cottage cheese as my dressing instead of the sugary bad for you slaw sauce most people use. Then I mixed in a little bit of garlic salt & greek seasoning. It is not sweet like most coleslaw that you would buy in a store / restaurant but it's really good. I think this could be made into a chicken salad sandwich pretty easily and it would be so much better for you! I think I'll call it chicken slaw... lol.

Add some seasoned rice vinegar for some sweetness if you want. I like what you got going there. My kind of creation!
