Did not weigh in this morning. yesterday was going really well but then I struggled at night. I had a normsl (to small dinner) but continued to snack on chips with salsa, more couscous and a little bit of chocolate (although a very small amount). Plus, wine and whisky.
I realized that it would have been better to take a walk after work and then eat dinner later. This I believe would have helped to curb the snacking later at night.
Chris and I might go out tonight but if we don't I will weigh in tomorrow. I should weigh in tomorrow regardless. In fact, I will!
Working out has been going really well. Every day, not a long time, but getting back in the Y and the cross trainer. I really sweat today on the cross trainer and I felt so good afterwards.
I will go tomorrow morning as well.
