I tried the recipe honey mustard pretzel coated chicken fingers. It was chicken licking good. I put the recipe on submit a recipe.
I feel pretty good I walked on my treadmill for 35 mins. I started the speed at 1.9 and worked up to 2.7 and stayed there for 10 mins. and started my cool down, so I walked 1.9 miles.
