I weighed in at night (last night)... heh... foolish me? lol.
270.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 110.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Silly girl!!! I wait to first thing in the a.m. --- I go pee & the other if possible (XXX lol). I don't drink anything & then I weigh-in! Why add stress to our life! Come on girl - NO MORE SCALES @ nite! OK??

yeah definitely don't weigh at night. I weigh the same way as pretty face, but I read somewhere that if you have one of the scales that measures your body fat percentage and water weight that you should drink a glass of water after you pee but before you weigh so that it's more accurate. Not sure why.

Oh, but think of this... you've lost almost 20 lbs!!!! One OOPS of a weigh in isn't bad!!!! Keep it up!:-D

Yeah I definitely knew better than to weigh myself at night. Oopsie :-D. I contacted who ever's in charge of fatsecret.com about my glitchy status (says I'm gaining for some reason when I'm losing... grrr lol.)
