Well that was a lot harder than I thought. Run 1 minute, walk 1 minute, repeat 10 times, how hard can it be. My lungs were bursting and it feels as though someone has been hitting my shins with a hammer.

Got home and uploaded the data from my Garmin, I was suprised that the distance covered was actually 3 miles.
Now I feel good.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
