CHALLENGE = 20 LBS IN 2 MONTHS // DROP 2 LBS WEEKLY. Guidelines are 1500 calories total: 5 meals at 300 calories each daily. I will track on my Apex Bodybugg account. Exercise moderately 4 to 5 times weekly.
