Bumped up two pounds today and can't track it to anything. Possibly, I had a meal too late last night, had some food about 8:30. Will see what happens over the next couple of days. Really frustrating to hit your goal and them bump back up again. Arghhh!

it may be a combination of the few higher calorie days catching up.

Probably right. I seem to be very sensitive to calories and anything over 1400 is too much for me.

I think my carbs may still be too high. I do cheat and have a Kickstart every couple of days. Bad me😚

get back on track and record, having a few feast days will not derail you long term. sometimes you just need to have that off time.
