Well I actually started Fat Smash Diet 9 days ago. I only lost 1.5 lbs. I have been lifting some weights at the local gym. I was pretty depressed that I only lost 1.5 lbs. this time around. I tried this diet over the summer and lost 8 lbs the first week. I didn't stick with the diet, not really sure why. I hope to stick it out this time. I want my "fat" pants to be my "fat" pants again! I am doing really well, I don't have the cravings. I really enjoy fruits and vegetables. It doesn't even bother me when my family wants fast food. I had such a migraine the second day in I don't think I will ever drink another soda. Any way there are alot of great recipes on here, I look forward to trying many of them.

Good luck with everything! Don't get too discourage about the weight loss. If you keep following the plan well, the pounds will keep coming off. Weight lifting can also add weight, and muscle weighs more than fat so you could just be adding more muscle weight, which is good! It's especially good with your metabolism. Keep it up:)
