Well...I made my 2 lb weight loss goal. So I am going to set that same goal for next week. I got some veggies in, but not enough yesterday. So I made a huge salad today for lunch. That and some veggies for dinner should do me.
Not too much to report today. The weather is sucky, so I probably won't get an outside walk in today, so I will have to make myself do a WATP video as soon as I get home before fixing supper. Fixing to start working on my water intake. I got in at least 15 cups yesterday.
Goals for Today:
1. 20NC 2. 12 8oz cups of water 3. 3 servings of veggies (already got it) 4. At least 30 minutes of activity
