Im loving this . I see a steady decrease in my weight . Every day I get in the scale and I feel so excited to see what the next say will hold. Its also very exciting to be able to manipulate my meals according to my caloric need. I really and truely can partake of all my favorites without over indulging and be able to satify hunger .
Alternate proteins such as beans , cheese , eggs are also fun to integrate this is definitely a life style change.
