So it seems I did not pass the birthday test. So now, I have to work extra hard these next two weeks to make it up. The wedding is two weeks from now, so I want to set some two week mini goals:
1. Work out everyday starting today (bikram yoga yay!)
2. Drink at least four bottle fulls of water everyday
3. Keep carbs under 150g/day
I think those are reasonable goals. I forsee my hardest goal (most important too) be ing the working out everyday. THIS is what I need to get back on track with. I need to stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. I get down on myself when I see ppl working out hard everyday. I down need to get down, I need to pick up the pace if I'm going to do this!. The BF is on board so time to get to work! I need to prove myself wrong.

Yes! I hope you had a great birthday! Think of the exercise as YOUR time for yourself - like a reward and a chance to relax? Maybe that will help keep you on track - otherwise, you are doing well!

Do not beat yourself up, just draw a line in your mind and move on to the goals you've set for yourself. Also everyone on here is following a different tactic to loose weight so don't get down on your self just find what works for you. You're doing great!
